Choose the question the video must answer
Write the buyer’s question in one sentence, then select the recording that demonstrates the answer. A short clip might show how an export works, what an approval flow looks like or what changes after a setting is enabled. Do not squeeze an entire product tour into one short video.
Build a buyer-specific demonstration
- Record a safe demonstration account with your existing recording tool.
- Supply the useful passage and identify the action and result to retain.
- Choose a saved style and provide the audience, duration and exact closing wording.
- Review the result, create a review link for your internal stakeholder and resolve feedback.
- Download the approved MP4 and send or host it through your existing sales channel.
Try a focused sales brief
Create a 25-second 16:9 demonstration from the supplied recording. Show the export settings, the export action and the completed file in that order. Trim waiting time without skipping required actions. Keep the interface labels readable. End with the exact next-step wording in my notes. Add no customer logos, claims or results that I have not supplied.
Keep the internal review separate from delivery
Review links are for watching and commenting on a particular version. They do not create a CRM activity, track whether a named buyer viewed the video, or automatically send follow-up messages. Deliver the approved file using the tools that manage your sales process.
