How we write and maintain Shorty guides

Shorty publishes these guides to help people choose an editing workflow and use the product. We identify our sources, explain limitations and separate examples from measured results.

Who publishes the content

The Shorty team at Tools Products FZ-LLC publishes this site. Buying guides and comparisons are first-party editorial content. They are not independent reviews. We explain where Shorty fits and where another workflow is more suitable.

Sources and dates

Product facts are checked against the current application, documentation, pricing and release notes. Competitor descriptions cite official product sources. When only Shorty facts are refreshed on an older comparison, the page keeps the competitor review date visible. Publication dates are not rewritten as new launches.

Comparisons and recommendations

We compare the source material, main editing job, output and required control. Fit recommendations are editorial judgements. A feature table is not proof of speed, quality or a ranking advantage. We do not publish paid rankings or affiliate links in our buying guides.

Examples, demos and customer evidence

Worked briefs describe a proposed edit and how to evaluate it. A launch film is labelled as a product demo. Customer stories require approved names, quotes and outputs, and any performance claim must identify the measurement and context. We do not turn a hypothetical brief into a customer result.

Corrections

Send the URL and the disputed detail to support@tools-labs.com. When we make a material correction, we update the affected content and its review date. Prices and allowances should always be checked on the current pricing page before purchase.
