Prices are in USD. The exact total, billing interval and credit grant are confirmed in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Credit grants post after successful checkout and paid subscription renewals. Edit cost varies with the number, resolution and duration of the uploaded clips; Shorty shows an estimate before you start and settles the final price from the processing actually used.

Pricing questions

What is a credit, and how many does an edit cost?

Credits pay for analysis and rendering. The estimate depends on the number, resolution and duration of your clips; Shorty shows it before you start, then settles the final price from the processing actually used. A plan therefore covers a variable number of edits rather than a fixed edit allowance.

What happens if an edit fails?

Failed processing jobs void their credit holds instead of settling them as completed work. If your balance does not update after a failure, contact support@tools-labs.com with the edit ID shown in Shorty.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can upgrade when you need a larger credit grant. To change or cancel an existing subscription, open your secure Stripe billing settings. Stripe confirms the effective cancellation date before you finish.

What changes between Creator, Pro and Studio?

The included credit grant changes. The editor, reference-driven workflow, supported canvas shapes and MP4 output are the same across these paid plans.
