Edit counts use an estimate of 100 credits per edit with GPT 6 Luna, half the 201 an edit used before 21 October 2026. They are not a fixed allowance. Actual credit use varies with your footage, selected model and editing request.
Prices are in USD. The exact total, billing interval and credit grant are confirmed in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Credit grants post after successful checkout and paid subscription renewals. Edit cost varies with the number, resolution and duration of the uploaded clips; Shorty shows an estimate before you start and settles the final price from the processing actually used.
Credits pay for analysis and rendering. Since 21 October 2026 an edit uses half the credits it did, and plan edit counts are based on an estimated 100 credits per edit with GPT 6 Luna, which is available on every plan. That is about 43 cents an edit on Creator billed monthly, 30 cents billed annually, and from 23 cents on Max billed annually. On Auto, the default director, an edit uses about 500 credits, down from about 1,000: about $2.16 an edit on Creator billed monthly. The estimate depends on your selected model and the number, resolution and duration of your clips; Shorty shows it before you start, then settles the final price from the processing actually used. A plan therefore covers a variable number of edits rather than a fixed edit allowance.
Failed processing jobs void their credit holds instead of settling them as completed work. If your balance does not update after a failure, open Help with the edit ID shown in Shorty.
Yes. On the pricing page, a bigger plan starts today and its credits are added on top of yours. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal: nothing is charged when you switch, and you keep your current plan and all your credits until then. To cancel, open your secure Stripe billing settings. Stripe confirms the effective cancellation date before you finish.
Creator includes up to 4 edits per batch, Pro up to 10, Studio up to 25, and Max up to 50. Pro, Studio and Max include larger credit grants and access to the most powerful editing models. Access to MCP is included in every plan. Max has the lowest cost per credit among individual plans when comparing the same billing interval. Currently released editing tools, captions, effects, refinements and exports are included in all four plans; edits and refinements use credits.
Creator ($19/month) includes up to 4 edits per batch, Pro ($49/month) up to 10, Studio ($99/month) up to 25, and Max ($199/month) up to 50. Team includes 25 and Scale 50 per batch, shared workspace plans with per-seat pricing. Annual plans have the same batch limits. Each edit uses credits; this is the size of a single batch, not a monthly edit allowance.
Team is designed for 2–9 members with up to 25 edits per batch, and Scale for 5–15 members with up to 50. Each seat adds credits to a shared workspace pool. Use the seat controls to see your workspace total. Annual prices are shown per seat per month, with the full year billed together. After payment, open Workspaces from your account menu to invite members and manage your shared credits.
