A product video can start with one customer question

Use the question your inbox already answers

Does the bag fit a laptop? How does the lid open? Is the fabric stiff or soft? These questions give you a stronger starting point than “make a cool product video.” The viewer has a reason to keep watching because the answer helps them decide.

Choose a question your footage can demonstrate. A close-up may show texture, but it cannot prove years of durability. Avoid using a dramatic edit to imply evidence you do not have. A straightforward demonstration can be more persuasive than a pile of claims.

Build a short proof sequence

Open with the product doing the thing. Show the detail that makes the answer clear, then finish with a clean view of the item. Supply the correct product name and any exact text. Keep other models or earlier packaging out of the footage selection.
