Tell the clipper what a useful moment means
Choppity accepts custom selection criteria, clip duration, caption styling and speaker framing. Define both inclusion and exclusion rules: find the complete onboarding explanation, retain the small-pilot limitation and exclude unannounced dates. Review surrounding sentences, names, captions and crop.
Its editor trims with handles, cuts highlighted transcript passages and places images or B-roll against the transcript. Trial a boundary correction and supporting visual before scheduling clips. If using automatic profanity censoring, listen to the result and inspect caption wording separately.
Count excerpts that satisfy the brief and the repairs needed. Suggested volume or a score does not predict performance. When you know the exact passage, use keyword search and review that selection directly.

An event can need both
An event montage combines the venue, people, demonstrations and reactions into a new story. A speaker highlight extracts an idea from a longer talk. Keep those deliverables separate in the brief so you can evaluate each tool against the job it is meant to do.
What to check in the output
For a montage, review whether the selected shots prove the intended message. For an excerpt, check the sentences before and after the cut to ensure it preserves context. In either case, check captions, framing and audio before publishing.
When a transcript editor is the next option
