Start with a clear direction
Convert each comment into a specific instruction. Resolve conflicting comments with the approver, then group changes that concern the same scene.
Put it into your edit
Open your edit and find the moment you want to change. Describe the new result in the revision chat. Select an editable element when the preview offers it, and include exact replacement wording for text changes.
An instruction to make your own
Use this direction for my video: Convert each comment into a specific instruction. Resolve conflicting comments with the approver, then group changes that concern the same scene. A new render is a draft for approval. Keep track of which version the client actually reviewed.

Keep the next change focused
Name the moment, say what should change and describe what you want to keep. For a title, supply the replacement words. For pacing, identify the shot that needs more or less time. Play the surrounding sequence after the revision to hear and see how the change fits.
