Meet Max
Max is a new individual plan for creators who publish at volume. It comes with the largest monthly credit grant of any individual plan and the lowest cost per credit, so every edit goes further.
Max also raises the batch limit to 50 videos in one go, twice what Studio allows. Bring a whole week of footage, write your briefs and start them together. Max is available with monthly or annual billing.
Email Support for Every Account
Email support used to be reserved for paid plans. It’s now included with every Shorty account. Open Help, sign in, and you’ll see where to write to us.
If your question is about a specific video, include its edit or project ID so we can find it quickly. Help also links to Common questions, with answers to the things we’re asked most.
Emoji That Look Right
Emoji in your titles and captions now render in the detailed, familiar style people expect. A 🔥 in your caption looks like the 🔥 your viewers know.
There’s nothing to turn on. Any emoji that appears in your edit’s text renders this way in the finished video.

What’s the difference between Studio and Max?
Max has a bigger monthly credit grant, the lowest cost per credit among individual plans, and batches of up to 50 videos instead of 25. The editing tools are the same on both.
