Open a completed result or address the message if it needs input. - If the issue persists, send support the run context and error message. ## Choose the next step from its status | State | Next step | | --- | --- | | Still processing | Revisit the saved run rather than submitting a duplicate. | | Needs input or failed | Read the issue and use the available recovery action. | | Finished, but playback fails | Reopen the result and try playback or download again. | | No run is visible | Check the account and whether the edit was submitted. | ## What should I send to support?
