Those are different requests. The second can be difficult when a wide shot contains important details at both edges. Write down what must match: wording, duration, shot order, offer, or ending. Then decide what can change to keep the video readable. You may need a close-up in the vertical version while keeping the wider scene in landscape. ## Keep two short format notes For 9:16, name the subject that must stay in frame. For 16:9, say whether the extra space should reveal context or simply keep the same subject larger. If text sits beside an object, check how that relationship changes.
