Perhaps the edit cuts away before the demonstration finishes. Perhaps the captions turn a qualified claim into an absolute one. Write three acceptance checks for your test. For a product reel, they might be: the viewer can see the action, the wording is accurate, and the file is usable in the requested format. Add a constraint that matters in your real work, such as using only your own footage. ## Give it a normal mess Use clips from the same sort of shoot you handle regularly. Include a less useful take so you can see whether the selection makes sense. Do not use private or restricted material unless you have checked the service’s handling and your permission to upload it.
